Marine fender plays a very key role in the shipbuilding industry, and is one of the equipment that freighters must carry. In the long-term use of Marine inflatable fender, due to various reasons, it may age, lose its basic use value, fade or crack. The following three factors are leading to the aging of Marine fenders:
Step 1: Temperature
High temperatures can lead to catalytic cracking of ship fenders. But the basic function of heat is activity. It is a common aging situation to increase the oxygen diffusion rate and the active oxidation reaction, so as to accelerate the oxidation reaction rate of Marine fender.
2. Oxygen
Oxygen in the ship fender molecules to produce mineral acid chain reaction, molecular chain break, resulting in changes in the characteristics of the ship fender. Air oxidation is one of the key reasons for the aging of Marine fender.
3. Ozone
The organic chemical specificity of ozone is much higher than that of oxygen and has greater complexity. It can also cause the molecular chain to break, but whether the effect of ozone on the ball is different from the deformation of the fender. When the ship's fender is deformed, it cracks directly with ground stress, often called ozone cracks.
