1. Inflatable fender into mold
(1) Before the air bag enters the mold, it must be inflated in the ground to check whether the mandrel was damaged and leaked in the previous construction, to ensure that the mandrel pulled in is intact, and to avoid the formation of hidden dangers in the process of pouring concrete.
(2) After the concrete pouring at the bottom of the slab and beam is finished, the inflatable fender is drawn into the steel cage by the rope, the core mold is large, and it is drawn by the hoist and guided by the fixed pulley. White Zongzi rope should be used to bind the core mold, and the gas mold should not be touched directly with the wire rope to avoid damage to the prefabricated hollow plate core mold.
(3) When the inflatable fender is inserted, it should be noted that the longitudinal interface of the mandrel coat should be placed upward to reduce the conflict between the coat and the concrete when it is pulled.
2. Fixing of inflatable fender
In order to ensure that some dimensions of the protective layer of the slab and beam reinforcement and the cavity of the slab and beam are in line with the planning and standard requirements, so as to avoid the manddie floating up during the concrete pouring process, the positioning ring is used to fix the positioning steel bar, the distance is 50cm, and the positioning steel bar is solidly welded with the slab and beam reinforcement, and the inner diameter of the positioning steel bar is the same as that of the cavity.
3. Inflate the fender
(1) After the air bag is in place, open the intake valve and inflate with the air compressor. When inflating, the pressure gauge is used to monitor the air pressure. The inflating pressure of the core mold is determined according to the type. When the air pressure reaches the operating pressure, the air valve is closed and the inflation is suspended.
(2) Pay attention not to overpressure when inflating the air bag.
(3) The air bag should be inflated before the initial use, determine the sufficient time when each set reaches the application pressure, and determine the number of air compressors required according to the initial setting time of concrete, so as to ensure that the vertical rib of the slab beam and the upper concrete start pouring before the initial setting of the lower concrete to avoid the formation of construction joints, so as to ensure the integrity of each slab beam concrete.
